Shipping + Terms

At NCR.Labs, we are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 states. Please be advised that to take advantage of this offer, customers must select the free shipping option during the checkout process. Additionally, for those in need of expedited delivery, we offer next-day service via FedEx for an additional fee, available within the contiguous 48 states.

Duties + Taxes

Customers are accountable for covering any duties, fees, and import taxes associated with International and Canadian orders at the time of delivery. It is important to note that NCR.Labs will not be held responsible for or provide reimbursement for any duties or taxes incurred as a result of a customer's decision to refuse delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon receipt.

Returns + Exchanges

To ensure that your return is accepted, all items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return. Please note that customers will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging items.

Customers have 10 days from the date of receiving their package to request a return. Please be aware that items marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. A $12 USD fee will be applied to all returns. Additionally, shipping rates are non-refundable. Also, please note that all international orders are final sale.

However, if you receive defective, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Shipping + Delivery

Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to alter its delivery address. Additionally, we are unable to combine shipping for multiple orders. We strive to fulfill orders within 24-48 hours, however, please allow up to 5-6 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Lost Packages

NCR.labs, Paris Toribio, or MAGICPOSHEN LLC is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages.
